SefaM Catering is a brand that provides comprehensive catering
services for corporate events and private functions, with a strong focus on
customer satisfaction. To ensure the brand represents its corporate identity
effectively in digital channels and manages operational processes more
efficiently, a comprehensive digital solution project was carried out in
collaboration with Rella Medya.
Within the scope of this project, a clean, professional
website design was developed for SefaM Catering, supporting
visitors in quickly accessing information. During the design process, the site
emphasized core content such as event services, menu options, and contact
details, creating a simple and accessible page structure. Content was also
structured to meet the expectations of the target audience, improving
discoverability in online environments.
On the development side, a custom content management panel was
created to allow the SefaM Catering team to independently update content. This
panel enables easy management of service descriptions, visuals, event
references, and contact areas. The user-friendly interface allows administrators
to perform routine updates quickly and efficiently.
Additionally, to increase operational efficiency and manage customer
relationships systematically, an integrated mini CRM software was
developed. This CRM allows tracking of potential customer inquiries, event
requests, and communication history through a single system. The mini CRM
structure was designed to facilitate processes such as organizing customer data,
monitoring communications, and planning events.
The website infrastructure, content architecture, and technical arrangements
were implemented to support SefaM Catering in engaging more effectively with
its target audience online, improving visibility in relevant searches, and
delivering services in a user-focused manner.
As Rella Medya, in this project we strengthened SefaM Catering’s digital presence
by combining modern design, a manageable content structure, and an integrated
mini CRM module, while also enhancing operational efficiency.
